In his five-page verdict, Special Judge Central of the AC Bakht Fakhar Behzad directed them to reply to these notices on August 5. The court also ordered the accountant general of Punjab to stop the payment of salaries to these officials besides slapping Rs50,000 in fine on each of them.<br \/>\nThe AC ordered the investigation officer to submit complete challan of the case on the next hearing failing which action would be taken against him.
