Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) has remarked EC will decide after seeing the written apology. The contempt of EC case came up for hearing before a five members bench of EC presided over by CEC Tuesday. Fawad Chaudhry appeared before EC. Faisal Chudury counsel for Fawad Chaudhry filed written apology in EC. Member Commission inquired can chiding any one be policy of party.<\/p>\n<p>Fawad Chaudhry replied there was such environment prevailing in the country that it had become incomprehensible we would go where in bitterness. <\/p>\n<p>CEC remarked you have put first three lines of written apology conditional. You should have written apology in proper way otherwise you would have given reply to show cause notice. <\/p>\n<p>The counsel for Fawad Chaudhry took the plea these are technical matters. Please accept our apology. <\/p>\n<p>The CEC made it clear commission will give decision after seeing the written apology.
