Khawaja Haris took the plea the real question is of jurisdiction. <\/p>\n
Justice Yahaya Afridi remarked your petition had become in-fructuous. Even then we heard it and gave order. We are understanding the situation. We had thought high court would give you better order. We had written in the order the high court should hear the petitions together. May be what relief you are demanding high court gives that decision. <\/p>\n
Khawaja Haris told the court high court did not give stay. Therefore, we have come to SC. <\/p>\n
The SC maintained let high court decide first. If you don\u2019t get relief then the case is pending hearing in SC. <\/p>\n
The court while rejecting Chairman PTI plea for immediate relief adjourned the hearing of the case till August 04. <\/p>\n
