The contempt of EC case came up for hearing before 5 members bench of EC presided over by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Tuesday.  Fawad Chaudhry and his counsel Faisal Chaudhry appeared in the court.  Fawad Chaudhry took the plea during the hearing  of the case that \u201c you said in order my language was not correct. I am filing my written apology again after correcting my language.  He filed new written apology in the EC.  The CEC while adjourning the hearing of the case till August 24 remarked we order on next hearing.  Later Fawad Chaudhry in an informal chat with the journalists  said he has filed unconditional written apology again. Let us see EC decides what.  The general elections don\u2019t seem to be taking place in  the country at present. The matter of delimitation of constituencies is being talked of. If delimitation of constituencies is carried out then it means the elections are not going to be held on time.  How  PPP and PML-N have treated constitution is before all of us, he added.
