The court dismissed bail before  arrest  of the  person accused in abducting 14 years old girl and raping her.  Justice Anwar ul Haq Punnu has issued a 22-page detailed decision. The court ordered to send copy of decision to IG Punjab, Prosecutor General Punjab and Director local government.  It has been said in written order Prosecutor General Punjab should make SOPs  related to child marriage with the help of IG Punjab. According to doctors the age of  girl who was kidnapped is 13 or 14 years. According to accused he has not kidnapped the girl and he has married to her.  As per record the accused has violated the prevention of child marriage act. The accused was bound to abide by Pakistani laws before marriage. The court remarked the affected girl has given statement against the accused of abducting and raping her.  The accused has been found  guilty during police investigation. The bail before arrest of the accused Shahid Imran is rejected. It may be mentioned that case is registered against the accused in Sargodha under the clauses of kidnapping, raping and others.
