While addressing an event of the Supreme Court Press Association in Islamabad, he said that freedom of expression was the fundamental right of every citizen.<br \/>\n\u201cAccess to information is the right of every citizen. The main job of the media is to convey correct information to the public,\u201d he remarked. \u201cPositive journalism leaves a good impact on the society. Journalists and judges are always in search of the truth,\u201d he added. \u201cThe difference between news and opinion should be kept in mind. A judge works within the framework of the Constitution and law. Whenever a journalist talks about a matter, he must clarify whether he is telling the news or giving his opinion,\u201d he emphasised.<br \/>\n\u201cThere is not much difference between the job of judges and journalists. The truth remains the truth. [However] every man can have his own opinion on justice,\u201d he added. \u201cThe truth always has a positive outcome.
