\nThe Green Shirts triumph the second T20I by seven wickets
\nPakistan women\u2019s team continued their brilliant form and won the three-match T20I series as they beat South African women by seven wickets in the second match at the National Stadium, Karachi.
\nThe Green Shirts won the second T20I comfortably as Sidra Ameen played a remarkable knock of 61 off 44 which included seven boundaries and was awarded the Player of the Match award.
\nChasing the target of 151 runs, the home side lost an early wicket in the fourth over for just 23 runs, but Sidra and Bismah Maroof formed an important 68-run partnership and took their team over the line.
\nAfter Maroof and Sidra lost their wickets, Muneeba Ali and Aliya Riaz \u2014 who scored the winning boundary on the last ball in the first T20I \u2014 built another partnership and chased the target with five balls remaining.
\nAliya, once again, delivered with the bat and scored 31 off 18 with an exceptional strike rate of 172.22 and finished the game by scoring a six on the first ball of the last over.
\nEarlier in the first innings, South Africa\u2019s opening duo of Laura Wolvaardt and Tazmin Brits formed a 74-run partnership and got them to a positive start.
\nBrits was the top-scorer for her side for one more time as she scored 46 runs with three boundaries and helped her side post 150\/3 on the scoreboard.
\nFor Pakistan, Sadia Iqbal and Nashra Sandhu took one wicket each.
