Addressing a press conference on Monday, he said that the Article 58 had become ineffective after September 9. \u201cUnder the Election Act, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) can announce the election date,\u201d he said. He said that the president wants to destabilize Pakistan. In a statement, PML-N leader Marriyum Aurangzeb said that President Arif Alvi should give the date to vacate the presidency after the completion of his term. She said that the puppet of those brought destruction to the country is hell-bent on bringing another constitutional crisis in the country. \u201cEnemies of people\u2019s development and livelihood are responsible for today\u2019s situation.
