Chairman PTI has filed his bail plea in IHC in cipher case. The bail petition has been filed through barrister Suleman Safdar. Imran Khan through his petition has requested the court to release him on bail.<br \/>\nSpecial court established under official secret act had rejected bail plea of chairman PTI.<br \/>\nJudge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain had said in his written decision we should not ignore it that it is a top secret case.
