{"id":356796,"date":"2023-09-19T07:22:33","date_gmt":"2023-09-19T02:22:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=356796"},"modified":"2023-09-19T07:22:33","modified_gmt":"2023-09-19T02:22:33","slug":"shahzad-town-and-homicide-unit-teams-arrested-two-accused-involved-in-murder-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/shahzad-town-and-homicide-unit-teams-arrested-two-accused-involved-in-murder-case\/","title":{"rendered":"Shahzad Town and Homicide unit teams arrested two accused involved in murder case"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> ISLAMABAD<br \/>\nThe Islamabad Capital Police Shahzad Town and Homicide unit police teams have arrested two accused involved in murder case and recovered murder tool used in crime from their possession, a police public relations officer said.<br \/>\nHe said that, on 15 September 2023, the Shahzad Town police station received an application from a citizen who stated that his son namely Usama Noor was shot by the accused namely Shahzaib due to which he was seriously injured and died on the spot.<br \/>\nUpon receiving the application, the Shahzad Town Police team registered a FIR no.659\/23. Following this incident, a special investigation team was constituted. The police team utilized all available resources and used technical and scientific methods and arrested the accused namely Shahzaib and a lady.<br \/>\nThe police team also recovered a pistol with ammunition used in crime from their possession, while further investigation is underway. Islamabad Capital City Police officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan directed all senior officials for effective crackdown against the accused involved in criminal activities and to ensure the safety of lives and property of citizens on priority basis.<br \/>\nHe said that Islamabad capital police adopt a zero tolerance policy against violence including injustices and crimes and the accused involved in it will be brought to justice by taking strict legal action against them.<br \/>\nHe appreciated the performance of the police teams and further directed all officers to intensify the crackdown against the criminal elements. \u201cSafety and security of the citizens is our foremost priority and no laxity will be tolerated in this regard.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD The Islamabad Capital Police Shahzad Town and Homicide unit police teams have arrested two accused involved in murder case and recovered murder tool used in crime from their possession, a police public relations officer said.
