There is no case against the former interior minister in Punjab and Islamabad. This detention is illegal. this is not detention but it is kidnapping. Order be issued to present him in the court forthwith.<br \/>\nThe court remarked let the reply come. Then we carry out proceedings.<br \/>\nThe court issued notice to assistant advocate general too in connection with the case.<br \/>\nThe court while seeking detailed reply on September 22 adjourned the hearing of the case.<br \/>\nRegarding arrest of Sheikh Rashid from private housing society, lawyer Sardar Razzaq has claimed Sajjad driver of former interior minister Sheikh Rashid has reached home on previous night. His motorcycle has also been found.
