PESHAWAR
\nChairman, Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) Muhammad Faiq Shah said that his party is struggling for economic, political reforms and provision of unprecedented authorities and powers to the masses. \u201cWe are carrying out an organised political and awareness campaign across the country\u201d, He vowed the awakening movement will be sustained till delegating powers and authority to people. Faiq was talking to different political and social figures during a meeting here at the party\u2019s central secretariat on Saturday.
\nHe termed strengthening institutions is imperative for fostering democracy in the country.
\nThe party chief made it clear that the issues cannot be resolved until and unless ensure public authority and powers.
\nShah observed that social and economic injustice has sharply risen up in the country.
\nHe said all segments of the society adversely suffered by the current oppressive and cruel system.
\nThe party leader said election is the only way to end the current political chaos.
\nHe urged political parties to resolve all outstanding issues by dialogue and mutual consensus.
\nFurthermore, he stressed a joint mechanism and roadmap should be crafted to tackle serious challenges and issues, like price-hike, unemployment, poverty, hunger and drought-like situation.
\nFaiq was of the view that discrimination in delivery of justice weakens state institutions.
\nHe added everyone should be equal in the eyes of law.
\nHe noted that political instability has brought destruction everywhere in the country.
\nThe ATP chairman said the life of the common man has been made miserable.
\nHe said the cost of living has increased exponentially and that it has made it difficult for poor people to fight against the current depressing situation.
\nFaiq continued to say the lust of power is endless while everyone wants to show down opponents for political survival and personal interests.
\nThe party leader said political victimization has further brought chaos and unrest in the country.
