This was stated by LHCBA Secretary Sabahat Rizvi in Lahore. He warned the lawyers who have not cleared their dues so far that their participation in the next bar elections could not be possible and they could not cast their votes. They would be considered defaulters and their right to casting vote would be forfeited, he added. The secretary said that despite several warnings and reminders by the LHCBA office-bearers, lawyers shied away from clearing their dues. He said that it may be due to sky rocketing inflation that the defaulting lawyers were reluctant to submit their dues.
