IHC\u2019s Justice Babar Sattar heard the petitions filed by Shandana and Afridi, seeking annulment of the maintenance of public order (MPO), which had already been suspended by the court. Afridi, however, could not appear in the court. Shandana appeared in the court along with her counsel Sher Afzal Marwat. DNA<br \/>\nCourt\u2019s Assistant Waqar Rana completed his arguments with respect to the powers of a magistrate. The second assistant will give his arguments tomorrow. Court approves three-day physical remand of Ejaz Ch A court in Lahore again approved three-day physical remand of PTI stalwart Fawad Chaudhry in the case of torching police vehicles outside the Zaman Park residence of former prime minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan on May 9. DNA<br \/>\nThe judge granted the remand after he was informed that some new sections, including that of sedition, had been inserted in the case registered against the PTI leader. However, the court told the police that since Ejaz\u2019s condition was not stable; therefore they would have to question him in the jail.<br \/>\nEarlier, the investigation officer (IO) in the case produced the ailing PTI leader in the court, and sought physical remand of the suspect.
