Hearing of the case, which was due to be held on September 30, had to be adjourned until today on account of the absence of Additional and Sessions Judge Naeem Shaukat. DNA<br \/>\nSenior Civil Judge Abrar Ali Khan had on September 26 granted to the police eight-day physical remand of Maneka in the case of occupying Auqaf Department\u2019s land and collecting millions of rupees in revenue.
