The ministry on Tuesday issued a No Objection Certificate giving a go-ahead to the accused\u2019s trial in the jail.<br \/>\nIt its notification, the ministry stated that it has no objection on jail trial of accused Imran Khan Niazi in which he is confined under the Official Secrets Act.<br \/>\nEarlier in the day, the special judge of Official Secrets Act Court wrote a letter to the Ministry of Law and Justice seeking its opinion on whether the hearing on the cipher case tomorrow will be held in Adiala Jail or the judicial complex.<br \/>\nSpecial Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain wrote the letter and sought the opinion of the Ministry of Law and Justice. \u201cIs there any security concern to bring the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman to the court?\u201d the text of the letter reads. \u201cThe PTI chairman is an important personality and the head of a political party.
