Approver Faisal Chaudhary and prosecutor Khanzada Khan also appeared in the court.<br \/>\nFawad Chaudhary filed an acquittal plea in the court through his lawyer Faisal Chaudhary.<br \/>\n\u201cThe case against me has been made on political grounds. There is no evidence in the case, nor are the provisions in the FIR applicable,\u201d Fawad Chaudhry stated in the petition.<br \/>\n\u201cEvidence of basic nature could not be produced in the challan. The plaintiff is an employee of the election commission. The employee\u2019s statement is not included to support the statement,\u201d he added.<br \/>\n\u201cThe record does not show that the speech incited or spread hatred. The court should accept the plea of acquittal in this case.
