{"id":361202,"date":"2023-10-13T00:02:55","date_gmt":"2023-10-12T19:02:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=361202"},"modified":"2023-10-13T00:02:55","modified_gmt":"2023-10-12T19:02:55","slug":"special-court-issues-written-decision-of-its-oct-9-hearing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/special-court-issues-written-decision-of-its-oct-9-hearing\/","title":{"rendered":"Special court issues written decision of its Oct 9 hearing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> ISLAMABAD<br \/>\nOfficial Secret Act Court has issued written decision of its October 9 hearing of the matter of providing copies of challan to Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi.<br \/>\nIt has been said in the decision the signatures will become ineffective even if the accused persons don\u2019t sign the copies of challan because challan has been received.<br \/>\nThe proceedings of making indictment as per law will be started on October 17.<br \/>\nJudge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain issued 4-page decision in respect of hearing held in Adiala jail.<br \/>\nThe decision said the court directed to provide copies of challan to chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in court room.<br \/>\nDefence counsel Sher Afzal Marwat said the accused persons will not sign on the copies of challan. Chairman PTI too refused to sign copies of challan.<br \/>\nThe issue of cell of chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi was raised before the court.<br \/>\nJudge visited cell in Adiala jail to address the problems facing chairman PTI. Order was given to break the wall in front of cell.<br \/>\nAccording to Adiala jail superintendent much place has been given to chairman PTI for walking.
