In the appeal filed by Advocate Farooq H. Naek on behalf of Abdul Jabbar, it was stated that the SC gave its decision in the case without listening to the appellant. The petitioner said that there was no mention of any violation of a human right in the petition filed against the NAB amendments. \u201cTherefore, it is prayed to the apex court to declare its own verdict dated September 15, 2023 null and void,\u201d the petition said.
