He will arrive in Pakistan on October 21. The court is requested to suspend his arrest warrants till October 24.<br \/>\nJudge Muhammad Bashir inquired you have filed petition in high court too.<br \/>\nCounsel for Nawaz Sharif said \u201cno\u201d . We have not resorted to high court in this case.<br \/>\nWarrants have been issued in Toshakhana case but decision was not made. The arrest warrants of Ishaq Dar were suspended in the case of this nature.<br \/>\nNAB prosecutor said during hearing of the case Nawaz Sharif has sought two relief. He is saying he wants to surrender before the court.
