The court directed the petitioner to resort to Supreme Court (SC).<br \/>\nJustice Shams Mehmood Mirza took up for hearing the petition filed by citizen Muhammad Shahbaz and others.<br \/>\nFederal government, PEMRA and others have been made respondents in the petition.<br \/>\nThe counsel for petitioner took the plea court\u2019s proceedings is broad cast live in other countries including India.
