\nThe Centaurus Mall has now opened its doors to the very first Electric Vehicle (EV) showroom in Pakistan.
\nGuGo Motors, a prominent player in the EV market, has been selected by Tesla Industries to unveil their revolutionary GiGi EV on this platform.
\nThis is a pioneering move, marking the first exclusive EV showroom introduced by Tesla Industries in Pakistan.
\nThe GiGi EV boasts an impressive range of 220 kilometers with air conditioning while maintaining a remarkable operational cost of just PKR 5\/kilometer, thanks to its 16.8 kWh battery. In terms of its pricing, the GiGi EV will be offered at a rate of Rs. 46.60 lakh, and when it comes to charging, the GiGi EV requires roughly 3 to 4 hours to complete the charging process.
\nThis step by the Centaurus Mall demonstrates a commitment to sustainable transportation options and reflects a forward-looking approach to meeting the evolving needs of the community.
\nThe First EV Showroom was inaugurated by Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan, CEO the Centaurus, President IDA, Sardar Dr. Rashid Ilyas Khan (President of the Sardar Group), Mr. Amir Hussain (CEO of Tesla Industries Pvt. Ltd), Mr. Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari, President ICCI, and other dignitaries who were also in attendance.
\nWhile addressing on the occasion, Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan said the Electric Vehicle is the Future because Electric cars produce zero tailpipe emissions, reducing air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.
\nThis helps combat climate change and improves air quality, leading to better health outcomes. Although electric cars may have a higher upfront cost, they are generally cheaper to operate and maintain in the long run.
\nElectric cars are quieter compared to traditional vehicles, reducing noise pollution in urban areas. The development and adoption of electric cars drive innovation and technological advancements in the automotive industry. This can lead to improvements in battery technology, charging infrastructure, and overall vehicle efficiency.
