During the hearing of their cases, both walked up to the rostrum and prayed to the judge to announce verdicts in their cases early so that they could contest general elections.<br \/>\nThe judge assured them that there would be a speedy trial in their cases.<br \/>\nThousands of people had come out on streets to register their protest against the arrest of the former prime minister and PTI Chairman, Imran Khan, on May 9.
