\nAccording to a news report published on these pages, the 2023 edition of \u201cThe State of Food and Agriculture (SOFA)\u201d emphasizes that over 70 per cent of these hidden costs in agri-food systems stem from unhealthy diets prevalent in high- and upper-middle-income countries.
