Assistant Executive Director Polyclinic Dr Aman Ullah Khan appeared in the court of special judge central in dengue kits corruption case in polyclinic hospital. Special judge central Shah Rukh Arjumand heard the case. The accused could not be indicted due to non completion of their attendance. The accused AmanUllah had filed petition under section 5-A. Defence counsel told no case can be made. The court adjourned hearing of the case till December 07. FIA had filed challan in the court against Dr Aman Ullah. FIA had registered corruption case against the accused persons.
