Pervaiz Elahi has filed appeal against the decisions of High court and sessions regarding his physical remand.<br \/>\nAamir Saeed Ran filed appeal plea in SC on behalf of Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi. The petitioner has taken plea that judicial magistrate discharged him from the case of anti corruption department Punjab.<br \/>\nThe magistrate rejected the plea for physical remand. Sessions judge and Lahore High Court gave the decision of physical remand in appeal. Physical remand runs contrary to the fundamental rights.
