\nThe Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC-MTI) hosted a three-day international conference on Sunday on Cardiac Thoracic Surgery, concluding with remarkable participation from cardiac surgeons and cardiologists globally, including experts from Pakistan.

\nRiffat Anjum Spokesperson PIC said that under the auspices of the Pakistan Cardiac Society, the PIC organized a three-day conference where renowned thoracic surgeons conducted live surgeries, including Minimally Invasive Surgery, Med Cape, TAVR, Thoracic Esophagectomy, Surgical TEE Workshop, and presentations by experts on various topics.
\nAccording to the Spokesperson, the theme of the conference, was \u201cEmpowering Quality through Collaboration for a Bright Future in Cardiac Surgery,\u201d emphasized the importance of such gatherings in fostering networking, collaboration, and establishing professional relationships.

\nThe conference, jointly organized by the Pakistan Association of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeons (PACVTS) and Peshawar Institute of Cardiology.
