It has not been suspended. In the event of decision against Pervez Musharraf the matter of his pension and privileges will rise.<br \/>\nThe Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa remarked the court has stopped giving unnecessary adjournments now. We are giving you adjournment but we are not giving it happily.<br \/>\nThe CJP gave these remarks while presiding over a special bench during hearing of the case Tuesday.<br \/>\nThe CJP remarked if there is no interest in appeals then we will dismiss it.<br \/>\nSuleman Safdar said he does not want to pursue these appeals.<br \/>\nThe CJP remarked it is not a civil case where directives are required to you.
