The President belongs to the entire nation and not just a political party. Arif Alvi is not acting as a President of Pakistan, rather he is working as a leader of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI).<br \/>\nThe petition says that the President has failed to perform his constitutional responsibilities. In April 2022, he unconstitutionally dissolved the National Assembly. He did not ensure compliance with the Constitution under Article 5 of the Constitution.<br \/>\nThe President has committed so many illegal things including one by not giving election date.
