\nAccountability Court (AC) Islamabad has adjourned the hearing of bail plea of chairman PTI Imran Khan till December 6 in Al-Qadir trust case and Tosha Khana case.
\nThe interim bail of Bushra Begum wife of chairman PTI has been extended till December 06 in Toshakhana case.
\nChairman PTI and Bushra Begum were present in the court.
\nSardar Latif Khosa, Intizar Panjotha, counsels for Chairman PTI, NAB prosecutor Sardar Muzaffar along with his team appeared in the court.
\nSardar Latif Khosa and Intezar Panjotha lawyers for chairman PTI while talking to media men outside court bail of chairman PTI in Tosha Khana case has been extended till December 06. The interim bail of Bushra Bibi in Al Qadir trust 190 million pounds case has been extended till December 6.
\nThey said they will challenge at every cost government notification in Al-Qadir 190 million pounds case because jail trial is not acceptable to us. This will not meet the norms of justice.
\nResponding to a question they said chairman PTI has refuted news items about minus Imran Khan. Therefore Imran Khan will remain chairman PTI and Imran Khan will be candidate for chairmanship in intra party election.
\nHe said chairman PTI has invited him to join the party. I have said to chairman PTI I will decide after consultation. chairman PTI has said categorically during one and half hour meeting.
\nHe said what Sher Afzal Marwat or Ali Zafar have said they have said this under some misconception. Chairman PTI has said he will make decision of party by taking core committee into confidence.
\nThe lawyer have been directed they should focus on contesting cases. Any political decision will be issued by core committee. Therefore, if some one says any thing in one\u2019s personal capacity it will carry no importance.
\nHe said the statement given by Khawar Manika pained him that any one can stoop to such low level and can lie. Evert thing happens in politics. Cases are made but can any one stoop to such degradation .
\nChairman PTI had married to Bushra Bibi six years back . Khawar Manika was imprisoned for two months. Khawar Manika was reading a written paper before judge. He was given written paper.
