{"id":371860,"date":"2023-12-03T08:47:18","date_gmt":"2023-12-03T03:47:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=371860"},"modified":"2023-12-03T08:47:18","modified_gmt":"2023-12-03T03:47:18","slug":"fraud-case-hearing-against-fawad-chaudhry-till-dec-16","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/fraud-case-hearing-against-fawad-chaudhry-till-dec-16\/","title":{"rendered":"Fraud case hearing against Fawad Chaudhry till Dec 16"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD<br \/>\nDistrict and Sessions Court Islamabad has heard the fraud case registered against Fawad Chaudhry in Aab Para police station.<br \/>\nThe case was heard by the duty magistrate Rao Ijaz Ahmed, Fawad Chaudhry\u2019s court appearance was made through video link from Central Jail Adiala, after which the court adjourned the hearing of the case till December 16.<br \/>\nFawad Chaudhry\u2019s lawyers Faisal Chaudhry and Qamar Inayat Raja appeared in the court, while Fawad Chaudhry\u2019s wife Haba Chaudhry was interviewed in the courtroom through video link.<br \/>\nThe court proceedings of Fawad Chaudhry\u2019s request for medical examination were also considered and the Central Jail Adiala authorities and the prosecution could not submit the report regarding Fawad Chaudhry\u2019s medical examination.
