Registrar\u2019s notice has no constitutional or legal status.<br \/>\nHe said that I had filed two constitutional petitions in the Supreme Court on November 20 and 30 but my petitions have not been numbered so far.<br \/>\nJustice Mazahar Naqvi said that a miscellaneous application was also filed to set the constitutional petitions early but the case was not filed. Not setting the constitutional petitions is a violation of the Practice and Procedure Law.<br \/>\nThese constitutional petitions should be placed before a 3-member committee and both my constitutional petitions should be fixed for hearing.<br \/>\nJustice Mazahar Naqvi has filed a miscellaneous petition in the Supreme Judicial Council and requested that the show cause notice against him be withdrawn.
