The petition filed by one Kamran came up for hearing before justice Shujaat Ali Khan of LHC Tuesday. The court remarked president and prime minister cannot be made respondents directly. The petitioner had taken the plea IG Punjab and CEC met US ambassador. The meeting of these two officers with US ambassador will influence election result. Application was sent to president and prime minister against the two officers but the president and the prime minister did not give any decision on the application.
