ISLAMABAD
\nThe statements of all the four witnesses have been recorded in District and Sessions court Islamabad in Non Shariah nikkah case against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.
\nThe case came up for hearing before civil judge Qudrat Ullah Tuesday. Witness Muhammad Latif while recording his statement said former chairman PTI came to home of Bushra Bibi and he took Bushra Bibi to the room.
\nHe further said When he went into room of Bushra Bibi then former chairman PTI abused him. The both said to me go out of room.
\nMuhammad Latif got recorded his statement in the presence of Rizwan Abbasi counsel for the petitioner.
\nCivil Judge Qudrat Ullah inquired form the witness have you became so weak due to weeping. Did former chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi make you sit in room along -with them.
\nMuhammad Latif said they did not allow me to sit with them. \u2018Khawar Manika said to me go and see them.
\nLater the court sought arguments on the maintainability of the case and adjourned the hearing till December 8.
\nIt is pertinent to mention here Muhammad Latif is domestic servant of Khawar Manika. The statements of Aun Chaudhry and Mufti Saeed have been recorded in non-shariah nikkah case.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
