PML-N\u2019s Rana Sanaullah and Ayaz Sadiq and IPP\u2019s Aon Chaudhary were also present.<br \/>\nThe politicians exchanged views on the country\u2019s political situation, upcoming general elections and seat adjustment.<br \/>\nIt was decided in the meeting that the PML-N will decide seat adjustment formula after due consultation with the top leaders.<br \/>\nThe sources disclosed the seat adjustments will be made on both national and provincial assemblies\u2019 seats.<br \/>\nExpressing her thoughts, IPP Spokesperson Firdous Ashiq Awan hoped the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will take notice of the intra-party polls. \u201cThe PTI intra-polls are against the constitution and law,\u201d Firdous added. \u201cThe ECP should take strict action against the PTI over the intra-party polls,\u201d she said.<br \/>\nFirdous talked about the appointment of Barrister Gohar Ali Khan as the PTI chairman. \u201cThe appointment of Barrister Gohar as the PTI chief without any process is against the party\u2019s manifesto and democratic traditions,\u201d she lamented.<br \/>\nFirdous said, \u201cIt is unacceptable to see the holding of the so-called PTI intra-party polls, which reflects the worst example of dictatorship.\u201d It is pertinent to mention that PML-N was in talks with various political parties across the province for seat adjustments.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE Istehkam-i-Pakistan Party (IPP) leaders Jahangir Tareen and Aun Chudhary met Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif and discussed the seat adjustment formula.
