The case came up for hearing in district and sessions court Islamabad led by senior civil judge Qudrat Ullah Friday.<br \/>\nRaja Rizwan Abbasi counsel for petitioner appeared in the court and prayed for granting more time to him as he has to present documentary evidence . The court remarked the arguments have to be given on the maintainability of the petition.<br \/>\nThe counsel for petitioner further said that time be given till Monday.
