LHC Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry heard a petition challenging flamboyant PTI lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat\u2019s detention. The judge heard the petition at his chamber on Friday. The court issued notices to the respondents for December 18. The petition made Government of Punjab, Deputy Commissioner and others respondents in the case.<br \/>\nThe court has been prayed to declare the detention order of Marwat null and void. Sardar Latif Khosa Advocate appeared in the court on behalf of the petitioner.<br \/>\nThe petition states that Marwat\u2019s arrest is politically motivated. He is not involved in any illegal activities.
