In the ceremony, Quaid-e-Azam gold medals, Sitara-e-Pakistan Medals and awards were also awarded to 80 personalities who performed remarkable and valuable services in various fields of life including, education and teaching, medicine and social work.<br \/>\nProf. Dr. Bashir Ahmed, Vice Chancellor Bacha Khan University Charsadda, Brig. Waheed-ul-Zaman Director Chughtai Lab Punjab, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Adnan, Vice Chancellor Government College University Lahore, Prof. Dr. Mazhar Rafi Head of Surgery Department Sheikh Zayed Hospital Rahimyar Khan and Zeeshan Bahadur Khan Chughtai, chairman of Istehkame-Pakistan Foundation were the guests of honour on this occasion.<br \/>\nThis year, Prof. Dr. Farid Khan was also named among top 2% Scientists in the World by Stanford University and Elsevier.<br \/>\nHe is the founding director of Sensor and energy harvesting systems research lab, an eminent academic expert and administrator.
