He was harassed and threatened on the way to office. He was stopped from filing nomination papers of Fawad Chaudhry.<br \/>\nIt was further said in the petition that participating in the election is right of every citizen. Fawad Chaudhry wanted to file nomination papers from NA-60 and 61 under this constitutional right.<br \/>\nFaraz Chaudhry was not only stopped from filing nomination papers of Fawad Chaudhry but he was also kidnapped. Kidnapping and preventing him from filing nomination papers is flagrant violation of constitution.<br \/>\nThe Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) has powers to take action against those found involved in hindering the election.<br \/>\nIt has been requested in the petition that order be issued for receiving the nomination papers from Faraz Chaudhry.
