The petition filed against rejection of nomination papers of PTI leader Syed Zafar Ali Shah came up for hearing before Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of ET Friday.<br \/>\nThe court remarked it is matter of property tax and two vehicles. We will hear it on Monday. Zafar Sahb you have to pay some dues of CDA.<br \/>\nZafar Ali Shah said we have not been issued any notice. The department should tell us at least. It was not in our knowledge that some dues were payable by us. It was said at the time of scrutiny that your dues are clear.<br \/>\nIt was informed by the Election Commission that there were some outstanding dues of property tax against Zafar Ali Shah.<br \/>\nZafar Ali Shah told the tribunal he would clear the dues within two to three days.<br \/>\nThe tribunal said you should clear dues till Monday if you can clear.
