The distribution of copies to the accused was postponed till January 8 in 190 million pounds reference.<br \/>\nHearing of bail pleas of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi was adjourned till January 8.<br \/>\nPTI founder requested the court to allow him to hold telephonic talk to his sons. The court accepted this plea.<br \/>\nDuring hearing of the case the Deputy Prosecutor General (DPG) NAB insisted on framing indictment in Toshakhana reference.<br \/>\nDPG NAB Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi told the court copies of Toshakhana reference have been provided seven days before.<br \/>\nCounsel Latif Khosa said the bail pleas of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi be heard first of all.<br \/>\nThe court fixed January 8 for indictment and hearing bail pleas.<br \/>\nCounsel Farooq H Naik appeared in 190 million pounds scandal on behalf of Malik Riaz.<br \/>\nFarooq H Naik filed 3 applications in the court.<br \/>\nOne petition pertained to appearance through video link, second exemption from attendance and third plea related to suspension of arrest warrants.<br \/>\nThe court dismissed all the three petitions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RAWALPINDI The court has adjourned hearing of Toshakhana and 190 million pounds references till Monday.
