The case came up for hearing in district and sessions court Islamabad on Monday.  Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra took up the case for hearing Monday.  Prosecutor and Qamar Inayat counsel for Fawad Chaudhry appeared in the court. Prosecutor said Fawad Chaudhry is  in the custody of NAB.
