Focal persons representing affiliated  colleges and Institutes of KMU actively participated, both online and in person, focusing on key agenda items, primarily centered around targets set for the annual progress report for the academic year 2023-2024.<br \/>\nA major highlight of the meeting was the deliberation on establishing a permanent Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) office in each institute under KMU. Decisive steps were underscored, particularly in terms of staff appointments, including the appointments of a head and support staff.<br \/>\nIn-depth discussions delved into workshops and seminars dedicated to the Self-Assessment Report, emphasizing comprehensive teacher and course evaluations across all academic programs. Surveys targeting specific programs were conducted, with detailed reports provided to program teams and assessment teams.<br \/>\nActive participation in meetings organized by KMU to empower QECs was highlighted as crucial for success. The meeting also explored membership in a quality assurance (QA) network\/association, showcasing a commitment to broader collaboration. Strategies for robust publicity of QEC activities through various media channels were emphasized, underlining their functionality.
