The defence counsel said Fawad Chaudhry is former minister and a lawyer as well. B class be allotted to him in jail. Judge Muhammad Bashir said he would write for B class for Fawad Chaudhry in jail. The court while issuing notice on Fawad Chaudhry petition sought arguments on February 01.
