\nMuhammad Faiq Shah, founder and chairman of the Amun Taraqqi Party said his party aimed to make Pakistan corruption-free, a true Islamic welfare state and environmentally friendly. Addressing a political gathering ahead of Feb 8 general elections on Thursday, Shah vowed ATP will hold strict assessment and accountability of those people who looted the country and failed to bring any change in people\u2019 lives despite remaining in power for decades.
\nThe ATP chief called for unification among all segments of the society to drive the nation out of the current crisis. He made it clear the country\u2019 issues cannot be resolved until ensuring public authority and justice, stating that his party struggled for the last seven years and raised an effective voice for people\u2019 rights at every forum.
\n\u201cWe want to delegate powers to young and competent people, because Pakistan\u2019 future relates to them and they should be provide all opportunities in political mainstream and become leaders to change destine of the whole nation\u201d,
\nShah asserted only honest and sincere leadership can steer the country out of the crisis.
\nTalking about party\u2019 manifesto, he said his party has brought a comprehensive program, which could bring improvement in the lives of all segments of the society.
\nFaiq said education, health, speedy justice and provision of authorities and power along with all basic facilities to people\u2019 doorstep are amongst the topmost agenda of the party.
\nThe party leader said people cannot be anymore deceived by empty slogans as they have recognized them and will reject the political elites and opportunists with their power vote on Feb 8.
\nShah asked the ticket holders to visit door to door to convey the party\u2019s message.
