{"id":382363,"date":"2024-01-23T10:25:54","date_gmt":"2024-01-23T05:25:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=382363"},"modified":"2024-01-23T10:25:54","modified_gmt":"2024-01-23T05:25:54","slug":"ihc-rejects-plea-for-issuing-stay-order-in-toshakhana-190-million-pounds-references-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/ihc-rejects-plea-for-issuing-stay-order-in-toshakhana-190-million-pounds-references-2\/","title":{"rendered":"IHC rejects plea for issuing stay order in Toshakhana, 190 million pounds references"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> ISLAMABAD<br \/>\nIslamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected the plea for issuing stay order in Toshakhana and 190 million pounds references.<br \/>\nThe petitions seeking cancellation of jail trials of Toshakhana and 190 million pounds references came up for hearing before a division bench of IHC comprising Chief Justice (CJ) Aamir Farooq and justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri Monday.<br \/>\nProsecutor General NAB presented the report on documents related to notification on  jail trial and court\u2019s order.<br \/>\nA copy of report was provided to Shoaib Shaheen counsel for PTI founder under court\u2019s order.<br \/>\nCourt rejected plea from Shoaib Shaheen for issuing stay order in NAB references.<br \/>\nShoaib Shaheen had requested the court during the hearing of the case to  give stay order for two days saying it makes no difference.<br \/>\nThe CJ IHC Aamer Farooq remarked case is not going to end or complete.
