May 9 incident case came up for hearing before Judge Malik Ijaz Asif of ATC Rawalpindi Wednesday. The court directed superintendent Adiala jail to appear in person on January 26. The lawyers had filed contempt of court petition against jail administration for not arranging their meeting with Sheikh Rashid. Through the petition, the court was informed about indisposition of Sheikh Rashid. Upon it the court directed jail administration for medical check up of Sheikh Rashid and submission of report thereof.
