\nThe Iranian foreign minister has warned against enemies\u2019 attempts to use terrorism as a tool against the country\u2019s good neighborliness policy, saying he will soon visit Pakistan to resolve the recent issues.
\n\u201cToday, the enemies are seeking to target the good neighborliness policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran through the tool of terrorism,\u201d Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said at the 7th conference on multilateralism in the history of Iran\u2019s foreign relations in Tehran on Sunday.
\n\u201cWith a special focus on the good neighborliness policy, we have seen and defined security at the heart of the good neighborliness policy. We will never allow the enemies to target the friendship, peace and security of the region.\u201d
\nHe further said that over the past days, there have been terrorist moves in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and areas in Pakistan\u2019s Balochistan province.
\nIran, he added, held constructive talks with Pakistani and Iraqi officials in a bid to protect the security of the country and its borders as well as that of the region.
\nThe discussions focused on a joint understanding and political solutions to what happened in Pakistan\u2019s Balochistan and Iraq\u2019s Kurdistan, Amir-Abdollahian noted.
\nThe top Iranian diplomat also said that he will soon travel to Pakistan and Secretary of Iran\u2019s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Akbar Ahmadian will visit Iraq.
\nEarlier this month, Iran\u2019s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) launched missile strikes on an Israeli spy base in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region.
\nThe elite military force also carried out simultaneous drone and missile attacks on two bases belonging to the Jaish ul-Adl terrorist group in Pakistan.
\nGaza crisis \u2018benchmark\u2019 of humanitarian slogans
\nAlso in his remarks, Amir-Abdollahian described the crisis in the Gaza Strip as the \u201cbenchmark\u201d of egalitarian and humanitarian slogans in the current century.
\n\u201cFor about four months, massive war crimes have been going on against the people of Gaza by the Israeli regime. A collection of murders, massacres, forced displacement and genocide is also before the eyes of the world,\u201d he said.
\n\u201cEvery freedom-seeking person should ask himself and the leaders of the international community what is the achievement of international organizations in solving the Palestinian crisis. Did multilateralism, joint view and global action help mankind?\u201d
\nIsrael waged a genocidal war on Gaza following a historic operation by the Hamas resistance group against the occupying entity in retaliation for its intensified atrocities against the Palestinian people.
\nHowever, 114 days into the aggression, the international community has failed to put an end to the Israeli carnage in besieged Gaza.
