According to sources he filed application for leave till retirement citing to his health condition. Judge Muhammad Bashir is facing hypertension due to nature of work and pressure. During the last 10 to 15 days he has sent application for leave for the second time. Last week he had filed leave application but he had withdrawn from his previous leave application.
