The purpose is to improve teaching &amp; learning process by moving away from rote learning to conceptual understanding and applications which will help our students compete and excel in modern world \u201d Bakhtiar Ahmed Secretary BISE remarked while responding to the live calls on FM 92.2.<br \/>\nThe Elementary &amp; Secondary Education Department (E&amp;SED) is currently running a public awareness campaign to educate the general public on various reforms initiatives of KP E&amp;SED. These programmes are aired on every Thursday on official radio channel of Khyber Pakhtunkwa (FM 92.2) while live calls are also taken during the program and on Facebook page of E&amp;SED (www.facebook.com\/kpese.gov.pk).<br \/>\nThe 8th episode was an open forum for live calls and questions. Secretary Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar, Mr. Bukhtiar Ahmed, Mukhtiar Mohammad deputy director PEAC and Mohammad Shafiq\u2013 Subject Specialist Directorate of Curriculum and Teacher Education (DCTE) appeared as the guest in the show.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Peshawar(PR): Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary &amp;
